A property services technician with a class 5 drivers license (Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning)
Must have a valid class 5 drivers license.

Our mission is to maintain the pristine appearance and integrity of properties through high-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning services and minor handyman work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services with precision and care.
– Safely operate and maintain all necessary equipment and tools.
– Provide exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients.
– Conduct site assessments and prepare service quotes.
– Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed meticulously.
Requirements:
– Physical Fitness: This role requires climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working at heights. Applicants must be physically capable of performing these tasks comfortably and safely.
– Experience: No experience necessary but Experience in pressure washing and gutter cleaning will be highly regarded.
– Reliability: We’re looking for individuals who are punctual, dependable, and committed to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
– Teamwork: Must work well in a duo, demonstrating strong communication and cooperation skills.
– Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The role involves traveling to various job sites.

(For 2 years experience we offer $25+bonuses)
