<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to capture technical requirements from regulations, customer specs, and input from engineering teams.</li>
<li>Break down high-level requirements into clear, detailed specifications for design and verification teams.</li>
<li>Evaluate and provide feedback on requirements created by other engineers to ensure they meet project and industry standards.</li>
<li>Convert stakeholder needs into well-structured documentation to guide development.</li>
<li>Utilize requirement management platforms (with a preference for Rational DOORS) and Jira for tracking and organization.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You'll Need To Get The Job Done</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ability to collect requirements from external sources like regulations and customer specifications.</li> <li>Ability to collect requirements from internal sources like Systems engineers, engineering users, product validation labs, and manufacturing.</li>
<li>Ability to refine the requirements collected into a level of detail relevant to designers and verifiers.</li>
<li>Ability to review requirements developed by other engineers to ensure compliance with standards.</li>
<li>Ability to read schematics strongly desired.</li>
<li>Familiarity with requirement management tools, classic DOORS from Rational in particular, is strongly desired</li>
<li>Familiarity with Jira strongly desired</li>
</ul>

<li>Digital communication buses (CAN, LIN, ARINC 429, Ethernet, RS-485)</li>
<li>Processes conforming to standards such as ASPICE, DO-178C, DO-254</li>
<li>Functional safety development satisfying ISO 26262 objectives</li>
<li>Cybersecurity development satisfying ISO 21434 objectives</li>
