<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Job Title: CI Press Operator Available Immediately!</p><p><br /></p><p>Location: Markham, Ontario</p><p><br /></p><p>Salary: $30–$35 per hour + $1.50/night shift premium<br />Benefits: Basic health and dental after 3 months, 2 weeks vacation</p><p>Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM</p><p><br /></p><p>About the Role: CI Press Operator </p><p>We are seeking an experienced CI Press Operator to join our Markham facility. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you will operate CI press machinery, producing high-quality prints on polyethylene film using solvent-based inks. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.</p><p><br /></p><p>What You’ll Do: CI Press Operator </p><ul><li><p>Safely set up, operate, and monitor CI press machines (Bob’s FNK 26, Miraflex, Allstein).</p></li><li><p>Handle 6–10 color print jobs with accuracy and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.</p></li><li><p>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels.</p></li><li><p>Train and support machine assistants and new team members.</p></li><li><p>Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supervision to resolve production issues.</p></li><li><p>Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE (hearing protection, safety shoes, eye protection).</p></li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For: CI Press Operator </p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED (additional technical training preferred).</p></li><li><p>2–4 years of experience operating CI press Machines - must have experience with CI press (Bob’s FNK 26, Miraflex, Allstein the types of CI press machines)</p></li><li><p>Experience with CI press machines and 6–10 color print jobs.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with polyethylene film and solvent-based inks.</p></li><li><p>Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p>Key Competencies: CI Press Operator</p><ul><li><p>Technical aptitude with press machinery</p></li><li><p>Deductive reasoning and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Ethical conduct and professionalism</p></li><li><p>Strong oral and written communication skills</p></li></ul><p>Work Environment & Physical Demands: CI Press Operator</p><ul><li><p>Manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, hot/humid conditions, and non-toxic odors from inks.</p></li><li><p>Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of tools/controls.</p></li><li><p>Occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs.</p></li><li><p>PPE is required at all times.</p></li></ul><p>Ready to join our team?
