We're hiring talent that AI can\'t replace to help us shape the future of information management.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>As a Lead Quality Assurance Developer-Mac Platform, you will:</li><li>Develop a strong foundational understanding of the Carbonite product suite and its key functionalities.</li><li>Learn the team’s automation tools, testing environments, and current quality assurance processes.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience with the existing test infrastructure, including test codebase and implemented test cases.</li><li>Collaborate actively with peer engineers through design reviews, code walkthroughs, and test case evaluations.</li><li>Build deep expertise in the architecture and structure of current test frameworks.</li><li>Start designing and implementing effective test cases to support continuous integration and automation coverage.</li><li>Contribute to Agile release cycles (SAFe), ensuring product quality and release stability.</li><li>Identify test gaps and support ongoing initiatives to enhance automation strategy and coverage.</li><li>Participate in the development of robust, scalable automated test code across various platforms.</li><li>Bring forward new ideas and propose improvements to strengthen the testing and CI processes.</li></ul><h3>What You Need To Succeed</h3><ul><li>Programming Language: Strong in Python, C#</li><li>Testing: Manual + automated test experience</li><li>Platforms: Familiar with Apple and Microsoft</li><li>Tools:<ul><li>Automation/Dev: Pywinauto, PyCharm, Pytest, Visual Studio</li><li>Version Control: GitLab, GitHub, VMware</li></ul></li><li>CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, JIRA, ValueEdge, other tracking tools</li><li>Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP; SaaS delivery familiarity</li><li>Education: Degree, diploma, or equivalent</li></ul><p>OpenText\'s efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
