<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Position: SharePoint and Power Platform Developer</p><p>Location: Markham (Need to visit 3 days a week in office mandatorily)</p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p>Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Developer for designing developing and deploying robust custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate alongside possessing a strong background in SharePoint development. The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders and deliver efficient scalable solutions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the design development and deployment of custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps) incorporating PowerFx for complex logic.</li><li>Create Power Automate flows (Cloud flows) to automate and streamline business processes including the migration of SharePoint Designer workflows.</li><li>Analyze and migrate InfoPath forms of varied complexities to Power Apps.</li><li>Design and implement SharePoint solutions (Online / On-premises 2013) including modern pages using the latest web parts, custom forms and applications.</li><li>Support existing custom forms in SharePoint leveraging HTML JavaScript CSS Bootstrap and REST API using SharePoint Designer (2013) / Visual Studio Code.</li><li>Manage site collections settings features and permissions along with large SharePoint lists.</li><li>Ability to build custom CSOM scripts (C# and PowerShell) for data extraction data upload and user management within SharePoint site collections.</li><li>Provide expert support and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint site collections, workflows, InfoPath forms, permissions lists libraries and pages.</li><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint and Power Platform offering technical guidance and addressing user queries to support solution adoption.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with clients and business teams to gather requirements understand business needs and propose streamlined solutions.</li><li>Participate in Agile (Scrum) practices.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Microsoft SharePoint Power Platform and related technologies.</li><li>At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading the design development and deployment of custom business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.</li><li>Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps including Canvas apps, Model-driven apps and PowerFx.</li><li>Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate particularly Cloud flows.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint including Online / On-premises 2013 SharePoint Designer InfoPath forms REST API Graph API and JSON.</li><li>Practical experience with web technologies such as C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communications skills with the ability to collaborate in a team.</li><li>Proactive learner to take up Microsoft certifications and stay current with the latest advancements in SharePoint and Power Platform.</li><li>Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have Skills</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Blue Prism RPA or Power Automate Desktop</li><li>Microsoft certifications (PL-900 PL-200)</li></ul><h3>Key Skills</h3><ul><li>CSS</li><li>.NET</li><li>HTML5</li><li>ASP.NET</li><li>Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>C#</li><li>Visual Studio</li><li>TFS</li><li>ADO.NET</li><li>JavaScript</li><li>SharePoint</li><li>XML</li></ul></p>
