Job Title: IT Support Technician (On-Site, Contract)

We’re hiring an IT Support Technician to join our team at our Distribution Center on Annacis Island. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting daily warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support for desktop hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, barcode readers)
- Troubleshoot basic network issues, including patch panel wiring
- Resolve application issues for end users
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain staff to ensure smooth tech operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in desktop and peripheral support
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Prior exposure to warehouse or supply chain environments is a plus
This is a 6-month contract to start, with standard weekday hours (Mon-Fri).
