Under the leadership of the Warehouse Supervisor, this position leads the ecomm and retail pick/pack/shipping teams along with the returns dept. It may at times also include all areas of the distribution centre including value added services, wholesale, inbound and overall movement of inventory.

*Main Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within the shortest possible timeline and packed to the standard required to meet our SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)
* Set clear daily units and time goals with team to ensure targets are being met.
* Record personal productivity daily and provide weekly feedback to team members.
* Responsible for daily labor planning including sending workers home for the day or to other departments where labor is needed.
* Supports Manager with weekly workforce planning including requesting labor when additional demands are placed on outbound team.
* Train and develop outbound team (new members) or when targets not achieved.
* To inspire and promote performance excellence of the Distribution Team, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
* Ensure all ecomm orders outside of 48-hour window (72 hour on Mondays) are picked or cycle counted out.
* Track # of UNFs per-day/week to discover root cause and help to educate/retrain team to minimize errors.
* Ensure all shipments with no tracking are addressed within 24 hours.
* All emails are responded to within 24 hours.
* Tracking of team productivity is monitored 3X a day to re-evaluate manpower if required.
* To take industry leading measures to protect the health and safety of our people
* ANY OTHER ADHOC DUTIES THE COMPANY MAY ASSIGN FROM TIME TO TIME.

*Qualifications:*
* Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, shipping software and new systems)
* Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, preferable in some type of leadership role.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Ability to meet attendance requirements.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
* Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
* Flexible and adaptable with schedule at peak business times which could include nights, working required holidays and some occasional after hour requirements.
* WCBC compliance requires steel toe boots to work in the facility.
* Preferable working days – Tuesday to Saturday.
