JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a JR BSA – Intake Specialist to join the Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation team at one of the big 5 banks. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Your day to day will be interfacing with 12 different squads to support BAU functions of group overall.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in a workplace setting
- Proficient with MS office suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – required to eventually lead calls, run meetings, gather requirements
- Strong organization skills follow bank processes and due diligence
How you’ll succeed:
• Intake Process- You’ll manage the end-to-end technology intake process ensuring all established guidelines, processes and service levels are followed taking corrective action or escalating issues as appropriate.
• Manage ESMA Intake mailbox which entails responding to adhoc inquiries for assistance, validating financial approvals, advising team of project assignments.
• Review and approve ServiceNow Engagement requests submitted through ServiceNow Catalog or through Demand Module.
• Service Levels- You’ll receive, log and monitor status of each intake request ensuring service levels are met and signoff is obtained.
• Facilitate daily/weekly calls with team and Requestors
• Engage and collaborate with team members (Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and Quality Analysts.)
• Quality and Accuracy- You’ll review content of each request for quality and accuracy following up to resolve issues and/or escalating discrepancies with internal business partners or external service providers.
• Establish relationships with team such as TO Intake team, SRM team, Enterprise Architecture and other areas within and outside of ETS.
