Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities *• Cutting, packaging, and shipping dry ice* *• Preparing shipping documents* *• Operation of power lift equipment (Fork lift / Electric Pallet Jack).* *• Frequent lifting of packages weighing 50 lbs.* *• Frequent operation of bandsaw* *• Meeting established standards for productivity and quality* *• Must be able to communicate clearly* *• Handling of customer inquiries either in person or by phone* *• Entering customer orders in computer* *• Other duties as assigned by supervisor* Requirements *Skills and requirements* *Candidate must have good customer service skills (phone etiquette and face to face).* *Should be able to lift up to 50Lbs.* *Operate band saw to cut Dry Ice when needed and other duties as assigned.* *This role is Warehouse / Dry Ice Processing about 75%* *Inside Sales / customer service about 25%* Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you can contribute to our success while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
