Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, pick-ups and deliveries and inventory management. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities – Job duties include but not limited to:
- Shipping: Picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Deliveries and Pickups: Transporting goods as required.
- Job Site Assistance: Providing support at job sites when needed.
- Receiving: Inspecting product condition, verifying product type and quantity against receiving documentation, and reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Performing daily and weekly warehouse upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Inventory Control: Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling stock records.
- Urgency in Task Completion: Responding promptly to management requests to meet operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Adjusting work schedules as needed, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
- Performing other duties and assignments as requested.
Health and Safety:
- Comply with all health and safety policy, measures and legislation.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment in a safe manner, including ladders, pump trucks, dollies, and forklift.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 2 years recent relevant warehouse work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years inventory control experience.
- Must have a G license
- Experience with driving a truck
- Experience with driving a forklift
- Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills in English
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train
- Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Able to maintain a positive and professional tone with team members and management.
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Forklift certification required.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
