The Opportunity:

We are looking for a veterinary surgeon with several years of experience who is ready to take on a leadership role in developing a surgery department. This position is ideal for someone with vision, initiative, and a strong desire to shape a service that reflects their expertise and dedication to excellence.

What We're Looking For:
DVM Board-certified or board-eligible veterinary surgeon (DACVS/ECVS or equivalent).
Several years of experience in surgical practice, with a strong foundation in both soft tissue and orthopedic procedures.
Leadership qualities and a desire to take initiative in building and developing a surgery service.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and fostering collaboration with other specialties.
Interest in contributing to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented hospital culture.

Compensation: C$275,000-C$300,000 Base Salary + production. This position also offers the opportunity for future 'buy in'.
