<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Sell cleaning & sanitizing service contracts to B-B, B-C, Healthcare, Government, Education, etc in a straightforward and professional manner</li><li>Execute our proven sales presentation process while avoiding shortcuts and completing the full product demo with every potential customer</li><li>Seek out new customer leads and initiate sales calls to potential customers in order to maintain sales quotas</li><li>Follow up on leads from referrals, online and print advertising; seek own leads, including new referrals from customers etc.</li><li>Respond to current customer’s needs as requested</li><li>Post-sale client care to ensure complete satisfaction </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>You Are/Have:</strong></p><ul><li>A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li><li>Ability to navigate sales presentations using iPad, professionally correspond with clients via email, text, phone</li><li>Understands the importance of daily reporting and pipeline development to the overall sales process</li><li>Pleasant, professional, friendly customer service demeanor is a must</li><li>Demonstrated sales experience in <span >outsourcing/service</span> selling</li><li>Ability to navigate & manage multiple pipeline activities through a research, education, dream fulfillment sales process</li><li>Willingness to travel to cover both the Lower Mainland as well as the Island</li></ul><p></p><p>Compensation: $36- $40k base + uncapped commission + benefits.
