Talkatoo is reinventing dictation software by modernizing the experience for veterinary professionals, making it easy to use, and ensuring it's accessible everywhere. We are a fast-growing, funded startup working with industry-leading partners.<br><br>
We are looking for a capable veterinary technician or equivalent to join our growing team of veterinary transcriptionists:<ul><li>You will be responsible for transcribing veterinary medical records. </li><li>Your attention to detail, fast and accurate typing and strong veterinary medical knowledge will make you excel in this position. </li><li>You must be able to learn and work with a variety of Practice Management Software systems and be comfortable with technology.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Transcribe veterinary medical records accurately and quickly.</li><li>Access various PMS to input and update medical records.</li><li>Communicate effectively with veterinary professionals through our application.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficient in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>At least one year of experience in a veterinary setting.</li></ul>

Core Competencies:<ul><li>Fast typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.</li><li>Very high attention to detail.</li><li>Organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to hear and understand speech across a very broad range of speakers.</li><li>Confidence and ability to learn and adapt to new technology (iOS and web-based).</li><li>Self-starter who can manage themselves.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Able to work with others, a team player.</li></ul>
