UI/UX Designer
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who combines creativity with data insight - someone who can design intuitive, engaging digital experiences while owning our web analytics setup (GA4, GTM, and reporting). This role is ideal for someone who loves both designing beautiful, user-friendly web experiences and diving deep into performance data to drive continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Execute and manage all web design requests from new landing pages to full section redesigns.
- Design and deliver user-centered interfaces through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Photoshop.
- Conduct regular website audits (quarterly and yearly) to ensure content, imagery, and UX elements are current, relevant, and optimized in collaboration with the Website Manager.
- Research and bring insights from competitors, adjacent industries, and web design trends to improve usability and functionality.
- Manage, configure, and own GA4 and GTM ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting of website data.
- Deploy and maintain tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager for custom events and user interactions.
- Track and analyze web performance reports to identify issues, test improvements, and find opportunities for optimization.
- Provide regular web analytics reports and insights to strategy leads and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and content teams to align design and data strategies.
- Run A/B tests and use analytics to inform design enhancements that improve engagement and conversions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setup, event tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Skilled in design tools like Figma, photoshop etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Bonus: working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
