<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the organization. This includes managing budgets, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial risk management. The Treasurer ensures compliance with financial regulations and provides strategic guidance on fiscal matters.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Dealing with all kinds of cash collection and payment, expense reimbursement and bank settlement in strict accordance to the company's financial regulation.</li><li>Managing all cash in hand and various notes.</li><li>Handle bank account opening, cancellation, and other related tasks.</li><li>Making the daily check of cash in hand, and preparing cash counting sheet.</li><li>Prepare and execute funding plans.</li><li>Organize and bind vouchers into volumes, and manage financial archives.</li><li>Assisting the company with audit and inspection.</li></ul><h3>Skills And Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is an advantage.</li></ul></p>Create Your Resume First
