Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with an agricultural machinery manufacturer who are looking for a sales manager to take control of their Ontario sales.

The position will require an individual very accustomed to travel, and a high tolerance for it.

Location: Ontario, CA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within assigned territories.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agricultural machinery and demonstrate exceptional skills in relationship building and strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities:


– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory objectives.

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.


– Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

– Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products.



Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, specifically within the agricultural machinery sector.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (4-5 days a week).
