We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and solutions-driven individual to join our team as a Connex Solutions Sales Executive (SSE). This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity with limitless growth potential.</p><p>Role Overview:</p><p>As a Connex SSE, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while also cultivating new customers to drive Connex's growth and success. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional sales, as you will demonstrate the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of our solutions, establishing Connex as a trusted partner rather than just a vendor.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Use a mix of established sales tools, personal skills, and connections to source and connect with prospective customers, educating them on the benefits of a strategic partnership with Connex.</li>
<li>Engage with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and introduce them to other solutions provided by Connex for future needs.</li>
<li>Efficiently manage all sales data, including activities, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts, providing regular reporting to your supervisor/manager.</li>
<li>Utilize virtual and in-person meetings, as well as engaging presentations, to update current clients on new products and services and expand your network to potential customers.</li>

<li>Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Analytical skills and proficiency in MS suite of business applications, CRM software, LinkedIn, and other business research tools.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Required: High School completion + College.</li>
<li>Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience (four years after College).</li>
<li>Required: 3-5 years of experience selling into large enterprise companies; B2B and/or professional services setting.</li>
<li>Preferred Industry Experience: Technology / Managed Service Provider.</li>
<li>Account Management experience.</li>
<li>Driver’s license</li>
</ul>
