<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>The Role: Snow Crew Lead</strong></p><p><strong>Earn $25–$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options*</strong><br /><em>Paid bi-weekly (role starts November 1st 2025) </em></p><p>As a Snow Crew Lead at CSL, you’ll be at the front of the action, leading a team of snow removal professionals to ensure our clients’ properties remain safe and accessible no matter what winter throws our way. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach — you’ll be out there alongside your crew, setting the pace and ensuring the job gets done efficiently and safely.</p><p>It won’t always be glamorous. There will be early mornings, long hours, and the occasional “why am I awake right now?” moment. But you’ll lead a team that has your back, celebrates wins together, and finds the humour in even the snowiest of days.</p><hr /><strong>To Apply, You Should Have the Following</strong><ul><li><p>Minimum valid <strong>G license</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Reliable transportation</strong> to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)</p></li><li><p><strong>Open availability</strong> for on-call work (snow falls when it wants, often at night)</p></li><li><p>Ability and willingness to work <strong>long hours during peak days</strong></p></li><li><p>Access to a <strong>mobile phone</strong> for communication</p></li><li><p>Ability to work <strong>independently and as part of a team</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Physically fit</strong> — able to lift 50 lbs or more</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Compensation</strong><ul><li><p>$25–$30/hour, based on experience and reliability</p></li><li><p><strong>Guaranteed Pay Options*</strong> during the snow season</p></li><li><p>Paid bi-weekly</p></li><li><p><strong>Opportunity for full-time, year-round employment</strong> if desired at the end of the contract</p></li></ul><p>Hiring is ongoing.
