Our client, a leading organization in IT Service Management, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the ServiceNow platform team supporting the optimization and governance of ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Toronto (2-3 days onsite, Remote available)
What’s the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows.
- Build and customize Service Portal components (widgets, UI scripts, themes).
- Automate SAP intake processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Configure ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Request, and Knowledge.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
What’s Needed?
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong skills in Service Catalog, Request Management, and Service Portal.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.
