Our client, a leading organization in the IT services sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Service Management team supporting the optimization and governance of ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON)
What’s the Job?


  • Analyze and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
  • Map the current SAP service intake process versus the future ServiceNow model.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through scenario development and outcome validation.

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow or ITSM.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Agile Board and ITSM processes.
