Our experts work together to offer our clients services that live up to our vision: to meet the highest standards in the industry and innovate to exceed them.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>To meet our growth challenges, WSP is currently seeking a <b>Senior Process Engineer</b> to join our teams located in Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB or Ontario offices.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Function as the process discipline lead on projects, managing client relationships and project quality and ensuring that budget and schedule targets are met.</li><li>Coordinate with team members, other WSP groups, equipment vendors, clients, and sub-contractors.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, specifications, process schematics, and layout drawings, including review of deliverables produced by junior and intermediate colleagues.</li><li>Perform process and technology selection, equipment sizing and specification, mass balance, hydraulic analysis, and 3D layout review, including review of analysis and design by junior and intermediate colleagues.</li><li>Mentor and provide on-the-job training for junior and intermediate colleagues.</li><li>Manage multiple projects, including resource management, budgeting, strategy development, staff reviews, and training programs; provide project support for senior staff as required.</li><li>Engage in hybrid-based consulting engineering work with some opportunities for travel and fieldwork.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring to WSP</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering</li><li>12+ years of experience as a process engineer within a consulting environment; Lead experience is an asset</li><li>Experience in oil and gas (gas processing), hydrogen, and carbon capture facilities</li><li>Current P.Eng license in your province of residence</li><li>Experience with HYSIS or Promax is an asset</li><li>Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills</li><li>Strong project management and discipline lead skills</li></ul><h3>About Us</h3><p>WSP is one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
