Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full stack Engineer with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies. This role is critical in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale distributed web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Required Qualifications :
- For Fullstack & Frontend Focus :
- 12+ years of experience in frontend development, building large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks, UI / UX best practices, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Mocha / Chai.
- Knowledge of drag-and-drop functionality, image editing, and real-time streaming is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented design and architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and building RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching techniques, messaging systems, and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and logging systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth, JSON , and authentication mechanisms.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with cross-platform UX design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies for backend engineers and vice versa.
- Experience working in high-traffic enterprise environments with millions of users.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, and Operations, to develop and maintain high-quality web applications.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using frontend and backend technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, release, triage, bug fixes, and documentation.
- Define and implement REST-based interfaces and work with relational and NoSQL storage technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide mentorship to other engineers.
- Work in an Agile environment utilizing tools like JIRA, Git, CI / CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
