Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Bookkeeper to lead our accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in bookkeeping software.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping operations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Train and mentor junior staff
  • Assist with year-end closing procedures
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
