We are currently seeking a experienced General Manager to lead our operations, overseeing all aspects of our business. This role is pivotal in steering the companys direction and maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation in the stone fabrication industry. Key Responsibilities: & Oversee the overall operations across Sales, Manufacturing, Installation, and Administration, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with company goals. & Implement advanced stone fabrication technologies and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and maintain industry leadership. & Lead and mentor department managers, fostering collaboration and accountability. & Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial health and resource optimization. & Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. & Monitor market trends and develop strategies to expand the companys market share. & Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the construction industries.
Qualifications: & A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction, Commerce, or a related field is required & Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or trade industries. & Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment & Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting. & Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
