Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist
This is an 8-month contract role. Works onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.
Job Description:
This role involves working within the Physical Security – Incident Reporting Centre (IRC) to ensure the safety and security needs of the Bank are met. The position requires reporting and triaging security-related incidents, monitoring threats, and ensuring departmental goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor for and identify threats, trends, and incidents affecting security
• Write detailed reports with an understanding of critical incident escalation
• Handle sensitive and confidential information
• Consult on policy and procedure documentation
• Coordinate security guards as needed
• Monitor access control systems and respond to alarms or breaches
• Liaise with emergency services during emergencies
• Conduct open-source research for intelligence products
• Support process improvement opportunities
Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist – Mandatory Skills:
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Relevant work experience in a security or call center environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong documentation and report writing skills
• Ability to work in a 24-hour department
• Strong attention to detail
Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in contact call center or dispatch operations
• Banking experience
• Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
