That means:</p><ul><li>Clear processes with room for smart problem-solving.</li><li>Continuous feedback loops (no waiting until review season)</li><li>Open book communication between dispatch, ops, and field operations.</li><li>Proactive training + support to help you grow.</li></ul><p></p><p>What You&#39;ll Do:</p><ul><li>Conduct thorough daily circle checks (as per Ministry of Transportation Schedule 1) and report any defects or safety concerns</li></ul><ul><li>Operate salt truck and other snow/ice equipment to apply materials per site maps and service specifications</li><li>Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic maintenance and refueling</li><li>Use mobile apps to log hours, complete tasks, and report service notes in real-time.</li><li>Stay responsive to dispatch instructions and weather alerts; maintain clear communication with team leads and peers.</li><li>Follow all Health & Safety policies, wear proper PPE, and contribute to a safe job site.</li><li>Be ready to jump in where needed, we operate with a team-first mindset.</li></ul><p></p><p>What We&#39;re Looking For:</p><ul><li>G-Class Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract.</li><li>Ability to drive and operate equipment in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure conditions.</li><li>Experience with snow equipment is a must.</li><li>Reliable transportation to dispatch location.</li><li>Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting.</li><li>Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events.</li></ul><p></p><p>Sound Like a Fit?</p><p>Were looking for people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and want to be part of a results-driven, respectful, and reliable crew.</p><p>If you&#39;re ready to show up, suit up, and salt smart, wed love to talk.</p></p></p>
