What Youll Do:

  • Follow daily instructions from your Crew Leader to complete site-specific snow removal and de-icing tasks.
  • Use basic equipment safely (e.g., shovels, blowers)
  • Participate in daily safety talks and wear all required PPE.
  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with your crew and office team.
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and accessible during snow events.
  • Work as part of a tight-knit team to meet service timelines and quality standards.


What Were Looking For:

  • Must own CSA-approved steel-toe boots, or purchase new.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work when called during snow events.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
  • Ability to follow direction, show initiative, and work independently when needed.
  • Strong team mindset.
