The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence across multiple channels.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including national accounts and emerging sectors.
  • Partner with internal teams on promotions, launches, and seasonal programs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and programs with distributors and key accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, consumer trends, and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at customer events, industry functions, and trade shows.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and results to senior leadership.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience (CPG, foodservice, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong relationship builder with a proven record of revenue growth.
  • Experienced negotiating with distributors and retail buyers.
  • Natural leader who inspires and motivates others.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves.
  • Passion for consumer products and customer engagement.
