Excellent communication and leadership skills are key.<br><br>- Recruiting and developing a sales team<br><br>- Ensuring visual presentation complies with ALDO Group corporate standards<br><br>- Providing total customer service<br><br>- Managing inventory and loss prevention<br><br>- Controlling operating costs<br><br>- Strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments</p><p>Job Requirements</p><ul><li>Experience in Retail management position in clothing or footwear (minimum 1 year) </li><li>Strong leadership and team building skills </li><li>Effective training skills </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts - open availability</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Store discount</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Secondary School (preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Retail management: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
