Position Overview
We are seeking a marketing and CRM specialist to support the execution of a national retail distribution strategy within a leading investment management environment.
This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to enhance client engagement through the effective use of CRM tools—particularly Salesforce—and digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM processes, with a focus on Salesforce, ensuring effective use, data integrity, and integration with sales activities
- Support the execution of digital campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Pardot, Engage, Seismic, and Google Analytics
- Collaborate on the development and deployment of marketing content and sales collateral
- Coordinate digital outreach efforts including email marketing, SEO, webinar execution, and audience targeting
- Lead or support cross-functional projects that align sales, marketing, and technology objectives
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management, preferably in financial services or asset management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
