<p><h3>Sales / Lifestyle Director</h3>
<p><b>All Seniors Care Living Centres</b> is a leader in retirement living and seeks a permanent full-time <b>Sales / Lifestyle Director</b> at <b>Fox Hollow Retirement Residence</b> in London, Ontario.</p>
<p>Our marketing, communications and sales team is composed of individuals who cultivate meaningful relationships. We aim to make each prospective resident’s experience exceptional.</p>
<p>The Lifestyle Director role offers a unique opportunity for an enterprising, self‑directed sales professional with a proven track‑record in sales and a passion for working with seniors.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Consultative sales process to help seniors and their families make informed decisions regarding a retirement residence</li>
<li>Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales targets</li>
<li>Manage telephone inquiries and convert them into personal visit bookings</li>
<li>Conduct personal visits, follow up on leads, and close sales through lease signings</li>
<li>Track sales activity in the CRM database and analyze reports to identify sales trends specific to the community and residence</li>
<li>Drive referrals and traffic while building a qualified lead database within the target market</li>
<li>Develop, promote and implement marketing plans and events</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience in sales</li>
<li>Ability to follow an established sales process, including prospecting and closing sales transactions</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to network, multi‑task, and promote services</li>
<li>Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities, valid provincial driver’s licence, and access to a vehicle</li>
<li>Prior experience in the healthcare or retirement residency industry is an asset</li>
</ul>
<h3>Location & Travel</h3>
<ul>
<li>London, ON – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)</li>
</ul>
