<p><strong>RQ09663 - Int. Software Developer - Front End</strong></p> <p><strong>Downtown Toronto</strong></p> <p><strong>On-site/Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract (9 months)</strong></p><p><strong>2 vacancies<br></strong></p> <p> Designing, developing and implementing front-end code including user interface interactions and creating attractive and effective user interfaces</p> <p> Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.</p> <p> Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.<strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience with <strong>Agile</strong> methodologies</li><li>Experience with <strong>React </strong>framework and <strong>TypeScript</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Node.js</strong><strong> </strong>and<strong> Next.js</strong></li><li>Experience building and testing <strong>RESTful APIs</strong></li><li>Working knowledge of <strong>Jamstack Architecture</strong></li><li><strong>Current/hands-on Development exp.</strong></li><li>Experience with cloud platforms such as <strong>Azure</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with responsive design, front-end testing and debugging techniques, page load optimization and version control</li><li>Experience working within a large organization / big teams</li></ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Public sector </strong>experience</li></ul>
