<p><strong>RQ09652 - Sr. Business Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Downtown, Toronto (Jarvis St.)</strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract (6 months, 2 possible extensions)</strong><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)<br></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.</li><li>Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.</li><li>Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.</li></ul> <p><strong>General Skills</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>10 years + of experience </strong>conducting requirements gathering and developing documentation.</li><li><strong>Screen Design (GUI Designer - Balsamiq & Figma)</strong></li><li>Experience in structured, object-oriented and agile methodologies for users-requirements elicitation and the development of specifications</li><li><strong>Strong project management </strong>capabilities by defining and managing sprint scope, clearly outlining deliverables, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and effectively leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution</li></ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Public sector </strong>experience</li><li><strong>AODA</strong></li></ul>
