<p><strong>RQ09603 - Sr. Business Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Downtown, Toronto</strong></p> <p><strong>On-site (under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project)</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract (6+ months, possible extension)</strong></p> <p><strong>Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)</strong></p> <p><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>8+ years of experience in business analysis</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience in various projects and product delivery methodologies such as:<ul><li><strong>Agile</strong></li><li><strong>Waterfall</strong></li><li><strong>Iterative Agile</strong></li><li><strong>Product management</strong></li></ul></li><li>Proficiency with <strong>Microsoft suite including</strong> <strong>Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint</strong></li><li>Experience in using technical solution design and prototyping tools to assist in <strong>JAD </strong>and design sessions with stakeholders</li><li>Experience with<strong> OPS I&IT Processes, Standards and artifacts.</strong></li></ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Knowledge of courts business processes for <strong>criminal justice, family, and civil lines of businesses</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience in implementing solutions for<strong> criminal justice, family, and civil court case management solutions.</strong></li><li>Knowledge of native capabilities of the system that needs to provide the functionality of courts case management.</li><li>Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications</li></ul> <p></p>
