What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a defined territory by maintaining strong relationships with current customers and generating new business opportunities.
- Prospect and cold call to identify and secure new accounts.
- Keep your CRM updated daily and follow a structured outside sales plan.
- Partner with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee open orders and keep customers informed and satisfied.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of industrial sales experience (experience with automation repairs is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, confident, and professional.
- Strong solution-selling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of identifying key decision-makers and closing business.
- Organized and proactive with effective time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
