Position Overview:
We are seeking Regional Sales and Business Development Representative who will play a key role in driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our advanced HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, technical, and business development skills with a passion for consultative sales and marketing strategy.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand client base and increase market share.</li><li>Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Assess client needs, prepare custom proposals, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions.</li><li>Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.</li><li>Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and cost estimates for installations and maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications.</li><li>Create and maintain marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional content.</li><li>Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Supervise and support a small team (3–4 people) in achieving departmental objectives.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and related services.</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.</li><li>Experience with AHU component software or similar technical tools is an asset.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset with a client-first attitude.</li></ul>
