This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build relationships from scratch, and drive real growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities<br /></strong></p><p><ul><li>Initiating outreach to healthcare organizations and decision-makers through high-volume calls and smart prospecting</li><li>Booking and supporting client meetings in the U.S. alongside the Regional Sales Manager</li><li>Following up on inbound or “warm” leads and turning interest into action</li><li>Tracking activity, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions</li><li>Blanketing your territory with strategic outreach, your phone is your power tool</li></ul></p><p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A competitive, goal-oriented mindset as you live for targets and love exceeding them<br /></li><li>Minimum of 1 year medical sales experience</li><li>2–3 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C; healthcare is a bonus, not a must)</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence</li><li>Ability to travel to the U.S. for meetings and client visits (passport required)</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized and on top of your numbers</li><li>A post-secondary diploma or degree is helpful, but your attitude counts just as much</li><li>You’re able to report onsite to office in Richmond Hill, ON</li></ul></p><p><strong>Why this Role?</strong><br />This isn’t your typical sales gig.
