<h3>Queen's Journal of Ethnic and Racial Studies Editors-in-Chief</h3><p>Be among the first 25 applicants</p><p><strong>Honorarium Position</strong></p><p>The Queen’s Journal of Ethnic and Racial Studies aims to give students a chance to engage in topics related to existing institutional systems of oppression and racial advocacy that will help enhance their academic perspectives. The Editors-in-Chief must be able to effectively manage other members of the journal and handle day-to-day management and administrative tasks. They will encourage critical discussion of ethnic and racial affairs and oversee finances, journal promotion, content submissions, and communication with external stakeholders and consultative bodies.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least one Editor-in-Chief must be a self-identifying student of colour.
