Position Overview
The Project Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes for internal and client-facing projects. This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence, ensuring that all deliverables meet compliance standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards for ongoing projects
- Monitor project workflows to ensure deliverables meet internal and client requirements
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with project managers, analysts, and service teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices
- Document quality processes, findings, and corrective action plans
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments
- Prepare internal reports on quality metrics and project performance
- Assist clients and internal teams with quality-related questions or clarifications
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, project management, or operations role (experience in financial services is a strong asset)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is an advantage
- Experience with QA tools, workflow systems, or project management software
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
