This role calls for an experienced Project Manager who is well versed in the nuances of structural steel and the telecommunications industry sector. </p><p>The Project Manager will provide leadership working with our internal shared services, such as HSE, engineering, drafting, estimating, supply chain, and logistics teams, to deliver quality projects, strategically manage risk, monitor finances, and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time. Other key responsibilities include Quality Management and Business Development.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.</li><li>Technical Diploma or Degree (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel manufacturing with hands-on custom manufacturing experience; This may include miscellaneous. metal, structural, and custom fabrication-type projects.</li><li>Experienced in steel manufacturing methodologies and requirements.</li><li>Able to exercise initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making.</li><li>Able to set priorities and communicate effectively.</li><li>Able to remain calm and poised in urgent situations.</li><li>Able to plan (strategic and short-term) and organize effectively.</li><li>Able to manage diverse teams.</li><li>Demonstrates competence in communication, professionalism, organizational, analytical, and technical skills, and knowledge in the performance of duties and responsibilities.</li><li>Believe in the benefits of a strong Health and Safety culture and contribute to its success.</li><li>Able to develop and keep effective relationships with clients, customers, and teammates.</li><li>Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p>If this opportunity for the role of Project Manager, Fabrication sounds like a fit for you, please hit apply!</p><p><em>Please note only those selected for interview will be contacted.</em></p></p></p>
