Project Implementation Manager

Altea Ottawa

Job Description

Project Coordinator

This isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job – it’s a hands‑on, fast‑moving role for someone who loves to solve problems, take initiative, and make things happen. As part of Altea’s growth, you’ll lead the delivery of new club openings, operational projects, manage vendor coordination and procurement, and oversee CapEx execution. Every project will bring new challenges – and the opportunity to shape the spaces and experiences that define our brand. You’ll keep multiple workstreams in motion, from vendor relationships and purchase orders to timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. Collaboration is key: you’ll partner with leaders and teams across the company to keep everything aligned and moving forward. If you’re passionate about fitness and wellness, eager to learn, and have an entrepreneurial spark, you’ll thrive here. This role rewards energy, curiosity, and accountability – every day brings momentum, not routine. Join us if you’re ready to build, create, and grow with one of the most dynamic teams in the fitness industry.
