Job Description:
Program Manager to setup a new entity and creating a front-to-back workflow for accounting, P&L, liquidity reporting and hedge accounting for products like bonds and interest rates swaps.
To setup a new program in Capital Markets Program for Finance Technology.
Seasoned IT Program Manager to manage the Finance Technology scope.
Outside of the typical program manager skillsets –
Needs to have clear and succinct communication, with capability to present to executive stakeholders
Knowledge of Capital Markets products and Finance functions
Demonstrable capability to “roll up their sleeves” to resolve issues
Capital Markets project implementation – essential (especially Fixed Income, Money Market and Equities related projects)
Strong Risk management knowledge
Be able to work independently without constant supervision– must have
Banking/ FS business technology project experience
