Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together The Product Manager role is responsible for delivering solutions for our Retail Pharmacy Management System team. You will be more than a Product Manager and will also work with customers and products. This is an excellent role for someone who likes to execute on Product and is looking for exposure to many areas of the business. To support our business and customers, the Product Manager will: * Backlog Management: + Work closely with Sr Product Managers to determine feature prioritization + Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-defined product backlog + Ensure backlog items are ready for Business Analysts to pick up * Business Cases and Requirements: + Write clear, detailed business requirements + Define comprehensive acceptance criteria for features + Ability to iterate with product designers on user-facing experiences + Ensure requirements are captured correctly in user stories * Innovation: + Researching latest industry trends and driving innovations around those needs + Drive forward innovative features to benefit customers across Canada + Communicate features to leadership * Customer Centric approach + Working closely with our CE, CSM team and customers to gather their needs, which is essential for product success. + Communication with teams on Products assessment + Process Planning with groups Qualifications —————— What you bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, computer sciences, or equivalent experience * Minimum 2 years with direct experience as a Product Manager * Recognized for your work in any combination of product management, or solutioning. * Excel in a collaborative and cross-functional setting, with an ability to co-create and execute with other business primes; interest in learning from others, and in teaching others * Experience delivering solutions, can foresee escalations and proactively solve delivery issues * Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills are necessary – must be able to schedule and manage multiple tasks * Effective communication, collaboration and understanding users’ needs. * Seasoned in gathering customer needs and requirements and being able to expose them into organized development items Great-to-haves * Bilingualism in French and English is preferred * Great communication skills * Pharmacy knowledge, Kroll application experience * Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA) Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its national scope. Salary Range: $81,000-$121,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
