Position :

Lead and deliver data security and regulatory compliance-focused consultancy engagements.

  • Partner with Quorum Cyber clients across a variety of industry verticals.
  • Managing and participating end-to-end in client projects, including POCs, requirements gathering, design, implementation planning and guidance, environment optimisation, and operationalising Purview Security & Compliance capabilities.
  • Use active listening and probing skills to understand business operations, challenges, and risks effectively.
  • Communicate with technical and business stakeholders to assess current-state and future-state requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical architectures, visions, and roadmaps.

Subject matter expert for data security, governance and processing.

  • Coach and mentor peers to build team knowledge, expertise and experience with key elements of people, processes and technology within the discipline.
  • Research industry best practices and maintain extensive technical knowledge in the security and compliance field.
  • Collaborate and share expertise across strategic channel partnerships, such as with Microsoft.

Support pre-sales activities to help build the Data Security Practice revenue pipeline.


  • Work closely with the sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Prepare SOWs, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to potential clients where required.

Support the continuous improvement of our Professional and Managed Data Security services catalogue.

  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of our key Data Security service catalogue offerings within Professional Services.
  • Contribute to the standardisation, development, and improvement of the Managed Data Security ser


Requirements :

  • Ability to explain contemporary ideas of information classification, data leakage, and risk management in relation to Microsoft Security and Compliance products.
  • Proven experience curating technical and architectural documentation such as Designs, Operating Models and Solution Specifications.
  • Expert-level knowledge across the Microsoft Purview suite of services; Information Classification, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, Data Lifecycle Management and Records Management.
  • Working knowledge of the extended Microsoft Purview suite of services; Data Catalog, Data Mapping, Syntex, eDiscovery, Information Barriers.
  • Proven practical experience deploying Microsoft Purview solutions and associated services in production environments across a variety of enterprise-level organisations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the wider Microsoft 365 productivity ecosystem (i.e., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams), including logical operations and standard deployment scenarios.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of key regulatory compliance requirements for organisations using cloud services or general data processing (e.g. EU GDPR, UK DPA, NIST, ISO).
  • Practical experience providing consulting and / or engineering services across multiple industry verticals (e.g. Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Public Sector services).
  • Initiative-taking and client-oriented individual with a strong passion for solving problems. Comfortable leading projects, tasks and deliverables in an agile and dynamic environment.
  • Microsoft Certifications, “SC400 – Microsoft Information Protection Administrator” and “SC900 – Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals” are preferable.
