As a Pega Engagement Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Pega solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. With a focus on Pega frameworks and applications you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Pega systems enhancing user experience and security.
In this role, you will
- Lead the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead all aspects of the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA applications ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customers to define and refine requirements ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Provide guidance on PEGA Frameworks to enhance application development.
- Manage delivery of Pega Reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights.
- Implement PEGA Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- 15+ Years of proven ability and Solid grasp of PEGA architecture and standard methodologies.
- Proven track record of successful PEGA implementations.
- Have a solid background in Pega reporting and data integration showcasing expertise in delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Familiarity with Pega Express methodologies streamlining development and deployment processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
