Reinhausen - where Power meets Passion. </p> <h3>What challenges can you expect? </h3> <ul> <li>You will advise end customers / operators in regard to alltechnical inquiries relating to the MR product range (withspecialized support from an OPP or specializeddepartment where necessary) </li> <li>Discuss and evaluate customer requests regardingtechnical feasibility and a proposed solution </li> <li>Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weeklybasis </li> <li>Coordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the aftersales service and preparation of the necessarydocumentation and certification </li> </ul> <h3>What do we expect from you? </h3> <ul> <li>You have a completed degree in Electrical Engineering with appropriate experience level and specialization in the Power Transformers domain </li> <li>Knowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers is a must </li> <li>3+ years of experience in a service organization </li> <li>Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plus </li> <li>You are business-fluent in English and French would be an asset </li> <li>Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident </li> </ul> <h3>This is what we offer.
