Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our security services, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of daily operations within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities and client interactions.
  • Support the scheduling and deployment of security personnel to various locations as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding operational procedures and services.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and operational challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Support the procurement of supplies and equipment necessary for operations.


Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in the security or service industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant third party software applications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.
