ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a creative, strategic, and hands-on marketer who loves seeing your ideas come to life?. Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take the lead and make an impact?

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who is a self-starter, creative problem solver, and proactive executor.

In this role, you
won’t just follow a checklist—you’ll own projects from start to finish, spot opportunities to grow our brand, and execute new ideas that move the needle.

While you’ll have plenty of independence, you’ll also work closely with a tight-knit, collaborative team that values creativity, initiative, and problem-solving.


This is a fast-moving, dynamic role where you’ll oversee the execution of marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring that our properties and brand get the visibility they deserve.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Location: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our office (477 Mount Pleasant Rd, Toronto) with occasional travel to listings across the city (primarily Midtown & GTA).


Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (with some flexibility around events & social media posting).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1 – MARKETING COORDINATION & LISTING PROMOTIONS


  • Ensure new listings go live on time, often with same-day or next-day turnaround
  • Work closely with photographers & videographers to collect and prep listing assets
  • Upload listing images and videos to Mailchimp, our website, and social media
  • Organize copy for posts and marketing materials (based on pre-written property descriptions)
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and branding

2 – CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT


  • Own and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Create & schedule listing promotions, agent branding content, and thought leadership posts
  • Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes clips) using your phone
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and ad copy
  • Manage online engagement (responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries)

Additional Support Through:


  • Monthly batch content days (with external videographers & photographers)
  • Monthly meetings with a marketing consultant (support with larger projects and refining strategy)
  • Pre-approved templates for design consistency and optional support with an external graphic designer

3 – ADDITIONAL MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Design marketing materials & social media graphics (mostly Canva; Adobe Suite is a bonus)
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Update website with new listings and blog content
  • Track & report on social media engagement and performance metrics

4 – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & EVENT SUPPORT

  • An opportunity to be the voice of the brand in the community. In addition to highlighting our agents & properties, you’ll have the opportunity to highlight local businesses, neighbourhoods, and events
  • Build relationships with community leaders, business owners, and potential collaborators
  • Support & promote real estate events (i.e. promoting open houses or seminars, coordination and support for client appreciation events)
  • Create meaningful marketing campaigns that connect our brand with the local community

  • A creative content creator, skilled in video editing and design (CapCut and Canva are perfect, experience with professional software like Adobe Suite is a bonus, but not required)
  • A strong project manager, able to juggle multiple tasks and ruthlessly prioritize while remaining calm under pressure
  • A community-minded marketer, excited to highlight Toronto neighbourhoods, local businesses, and foster meaningful connections
