Job Summary:

Altus Group seeks a Content Marketing Manager to join its Global Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, this role will partner closely with other functional areas of marketing (Website, Research, Brand & Design, Product Marketing, Demand, and Field Marketing) in addition to a global set of subject matter experts – to produce and manage the execution of high-quality, thought-provoking, and compelling content. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and project manage large reports, an article pipeline, a social content pipeline, webinars, partnerships, newsletter curations, paid content promotions, a hot topic/timely content program, and more
  • Research and write creative briefs to support the development of articles, guides, webinars, videos, social content, and more
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of content purpose-made for social media, and partner with External Communications team on the launch
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders – whether subject matter experts (SMEs), writers, leadership, colleagues, clients, or other vendors
  • Work with our internal subject matter experts and clients to share their insights and expertise in timely content features
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, our freelance writer roster, and other relevant stakeholders from across the business
  • Write, proofread and edit content and supporting copy i.e. email, presentations, social media, promotional copy, and more
  • Partner with our Website team and Brand & Design team to create the best digital experience for our content

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing and a background in commercial real estate and/or finance would be an asset
  • Experience executing on content for a variety of content types, channels, and purposes
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong time management, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
  • Strong project management skills, and experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading capabilities, with a critical eye for the details
  • Experience working as part of collaborative and cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with ClickUp, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 is an asset
