The Manager, HRIS and Compliance will be responsible for providing planning and project coordination on different HR systems such as Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. This position is accountable for ensuring HR systems and HR indicators are accurate and in alignment with business needs.
This position is a one (1) year contract.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead functional Global HRIS regional super users’ team in managing the day-to-day activities to ensure accuracy in the HR data.
- Lead HRIS system implementation process (RFP, project planning, etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring that the HR data is accurately entered in the HRIS system in a timely manner.
- Responsible for providing data analysis to HR leadership for compliance and any decision-making process.
- Partnering with the IT department to ensure compliance and automation between HR and IT system for efficiency.
- Leading the internal and external data requests for the different functions such as ESG. Ensuring HRIS process and policies are documented and shared.
Conducting quarterly audits on the data in the system. - Ensuring compliance with HRIS system and data based on audit controls set.
- Leading mandatory training upload and reporting requirements.
- Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with systems vendors, project managers, consultants, and system users.
Job Requirements
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with a minimum of seven (7) plus years of relevant experience in a HRIS global position in a relevant industry.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Talent Management systems.
- Experience with analyzing large datasets, generating reports, interpreting HR data and translating it into meaningful insights to help with HR decision-making.
- Experience with presenting HRIS data and dealing with compliance applications in a global industry.
- Knowledge of integrating HRIS with other systems (payroll, IT, etc.) and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and presenting data in an effective way to different levels.
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills to ensure that the message is clearly conveyed to different levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and deliver effectively on ad hoc requests.
- Bilingual (English and French), is an asset.
- Ability to travel to Allied’s operations and offices.
